My Daily Sleep
I like to sleep. I sleep 7 hours a night, otherwise my brain won't work perfectly. I usually go to bed at midnight, my usual time, and I usually get up around 7 o'clock. Sometimes I get up very late like around 11 o'clock. Some nights I don't sleep. I usually play games or chat with some friends who dont't sleep too. When I sleep, I will turn the lights off. I can't sleep well when the lights are on. And I can't sleep well when there is a noise too. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night. Maybe two or three times, or maybe more than four times! I listen to the music to fall asleep. I like to sleep on my back. I think that is the most comfortable way to sleep. Well, this is how I sleep on my daily night.
